By having an Indonesian female and a New Zealand male as the driving force behind SANDY BALI, it benefits from an West meets East intersection that creates best practice in Indonesia. Between them, the founders share 28 years experience working and studying in Europe and many more living in Bali.

In founding SANDY BALI in 2020, the mission of the founders, Ni Luh Sukasari aka Sari and Andy McLean, was to create bespoke consultancy services that are both practical and smart. SANDY BALI combines gritty negotiation experience with innovative methods to deliver creative solutions to the highest standards of ethics and integrity.

SANDY BALI is very selective in who we work with and we only take on clients that sign up to our Client Ethics Policy which can be viewed on our website. Similarly, we never commingle client funds with our own.
